• Damaged or Defective Products: If the bakery item arrives damaged or defective, customers can request a refund or replacement.
• Incorrect Orders: If the order received does not match the order placed, customers are eligible for a refund or replacement.
• Late Delivery: If the delivery is significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery window, a partial or full refund might be considered.
• Cancellations: Outline the policy for cancellations, including any time frame within which cancellations are allowed (e.g., within 24 hours of placing the order).

3. Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Conditions under which refunds are not provided:

• Change of Mind: Orders cannot be refunded or exchanged due to a change of mind.
• Incorrect Address: No refund if the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect.
• Perishability: Due to the perishable nature of bakery items, refunds for dissatisfaction with taste or texture might not be provided.

Steps to request a refund:

• Provide Evidence: Photos or products to be provided
• Review Period: Ticket issued will be responded within 24 hours (1 business day)

5. Refund Method

How refunds are issued:

• Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
• Time Frame: within 7-10 business days
